Other Local Mensans
Although it is true that the Officers are the ones who are responsible for all the paperwork and operations of the local group, it is the local members - officers or not - that make the group what it is. They are the spirit and life of any local Mensa group. Each member is involved at whatever level makes them comfortable; holding an office and being involved with just about every activity, to enjoying the newsletters and having pride in their membership. Each one contributes in his/her own way, each is important in creating the whole which is Lehigh Pocono Mensa.

Here are a few of our members who are willing to include their names on our homepage. Want to ask questions about their thoughts on Mensa? Want to get into a serious discussion? Looking for someone who may have a shared interest? E-mail someone and see what develops.

  • Anne Preston is a member of Lehigh Pocono Mensa. Why not write and say hello?
  • Lynn Anne Cutler is a Mensa proctor, the mother of very young children, a gifted-child educator, a medieval illuminated manuscript enthusiast, and an avid scrapbooker. Lynn Anne is especially interested in hearing from Mensans or prospective Mensans in Sussex and Warren counties in New Jersey.
  • Daniel Conrad lifelong Lehigh Valley, PA, resident and current & continuous Mensa member since 1986.
  • Jerri Burkett used to be our Scholarship Chair and has blessed us with very well written articles.
  • Dave Bartholomew is the SIG coordinator for Lyme SIG and an active local member.
  • Jerrianne Mecham is the host of our Gastronome event.
  • Verlin and Dhun Allbritton host our monthly Ethnic Dining outing and always like to hear from other Mensans.
  • Dan Shields would like very much to correspond with and meet fellow Mensans.
